As a company we believe passionately about giving something back to the community, and our staff regularly take part in charity events for Douglas Macmillan Cancer Support, The Wingate Centre and Cancer UK’s Race for Life.

The two main charities that we support are Douglas Macmillan Cancer Support and The Wingate Centre.

Here's just a few examples of current fundraising efforts.

London Marathon

In 2011 Ollie ran the London Marathon on behalf of the Wingate Centre. Ollie described his first marathon as 'the hardest thing I have ever done', however he finished in a time of 4 and half hours which he has vowed to beat.

Race For Life

In 2011 all of the ladies in the office completed the 10km race for life with some of them never having run before, raising over £850.

All Star Charity Football

Throughout 2009/10 Ollie took part in organising an All Star Charity Football event  to raise funds toward a new Activities Barn at The Wingate Centre. On Sunday 24 October 2010 at Crewe Alex the last match in the fundraising series took place in front of an enthusiastic crowd with a local team taking on an All Star XI headed up by former AC Milan international Franco Baresi. The match finished 8-3 to the internationals.

The series of matches resulted in the magnificent sum of £11,000 being raised to support The Wingate Centre.
