As a progressive organisation we are also keen to expand our business throughout the North West and the Midlands through the acquisition of other IFA firms. SMS Financial Services Ltd a successful and established business based in Stoke-on-Trent was identified as an ideal partner to approach.  Jones Sheridan negotiated the purchase of the business whilst retaining the existing skills and experience of Managing Director, Stephen Sutton Cert PFS, to provide continuity for his clients. The acquisition ensures that the clients of Jones Sheridan and SMS Financial Services Ltd will continue to benefit from experienced, qualified, financial advice, both now and in the future.

From December 2012 all Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) will require enhanced qualifications to continue practicing. Jones Sheridan has seen this as an opportunity to consolidate our business, provide more specialisms and experience whilst improving our service to clients.
