Jones Sheridan gear up for charity challenges

The team at Jones Sheridan will be taking on two exciting charity challenges in 2017… bigger and better than the challenges undertaken in 2016!

We would once again like to call on your support to raise as much money as possible for our charities.

Challenge One – The Up and Under Foundation Ride

This challenge takes place on Sunday 7th May. Our Managing Director, David, alongside several other members of the team will be cycling 100km in aid of the Up and Under Foundation. For some of our participants this is an increase of 50km on the distance cycled last year!

The Up and Under Foundation is a great local charity which aims to ensure that wherever possible financial restraints do not prevent young people from experiencing all that the great outdoors can offer to broaden and enrich their life experiences, with a particular emphasis on adventure and sporting activity. Challenge Two – Pretty Muddy

The ‘Pretty Muddy’ run takes place on Saturday 24th June at Tatton Park. This year the ladies will be doubling the distance they run; they are challenging themselves with a 10k run rather than 5k!

The ‘Pretty Muddy’ run is one of the many Cancer Research UKs ‘Race for Life’ events which are a series of women-only events raising money for research into all 200 types of cancer. ‘Pretty Muddy’ is a muddy obstacle course where the ladies will have to climb over, crawl under, and charge through to “show cancer that hell hath no fury like a woman in pink”! We are mindful that we call upon you from time-to-time to ask you to sponsor us for our charity activities, and we can’t stress enough how much we appreciate your support. Please don’t feel obliged, but should you wish to sponsor us for either of these events, you can do this by going to the charity pages which are linked below:
